ORDER TERMS:
Minimum
order: € 15.00 + post and packing.
After 15th November we do not send orders containing plants that are not
hardy all over the postal way.
Goods are sent ex nursery at purchaser's risk.
Prices are V.A.T. inclusive. We retail only.
To avoid useless postal charges we send bare-root plants every time the
species physiology allows it.
We do not export outside the European Union.
Post and
packing:

If necessary the order will be divided in more
parcels. Please add € 14.00 per every parcel for post and packing.
To other
E.U. destinations:
please ask for cost.
We reserve the right, anyway, to request possible different amounts in
particular cases or because of modifications in postal rates.
Payment: for Italian orders we prefer the payment by Cash
On Delivery to the postman or, for all orders, by Credit Card, so as
to pay only the plants actually available and dispatched

Other possible methods are (stating alternative plants for possible
sold-out items and accepting a credit note if these alternatives are lacking or
insufficient): by Giro into postal account No. 10648558 (account name:
Gianluca Corazza), Postal Order, International Postal Order, Eurocheque,
not negotiable Cheque drawn on an Italian bank.
We are not responsible for banknotes sent by mail.
Attention! We kindly point out that the most
common customer errors are: post and packing cost; orders of species that are
not hardy all over the postal way made after 15th November; orders from
catalogues of other years.
