Nolina lindheimeriana

Clumping species with absent or very reduced caudex. Basal leaves, graminiform, coriaceous, finely toothed on the margin, up to 90 cm long. Very long inflorescence, ramified in the upper part, made up of many small whitish flowers. Species native to Texas (Edwards Plateau) where it grows on limestone hills, open woodlands and scrublands. It requires well-drained soil and a sunny or partial shade position. Water in summer every 10-15 days. Tolerates winter humidity. Hardy. Potted plant 16cm.
