Additional general conditions
All items are sold “ex nursery” and travel at the buyer’s risk. If a parcel is visibly damaged, it must be accepted with the note “Accepted with reservation – damaged parcel”. Without this note, we cannot file claims with the courier.
All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Minimum order: €25.
We do not ship plants outside the EU.
Some species cannot be shipped during specific seasons or temperatures. Optional heat packs (72h) are available at €3.00, without guarantee.
Prices vary according to rarity, size, cultivation time, and other factors.
If an item cannot be supplied despite being listed, we will refund its cost.
We sell retail only. Discount are possible for botanical gardens and research institutions.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are issued via PayPal, bank transfer, or other traceable method — no store credit.
We provide cultivation advice but are not responsible for plants that die after delivery due to improper care.
Plants are sold as cuttings, bare-root plants, or potted plants, depending on the species.
Seasonal dormancy is natural (e.g., bulbs) and may mean no visible growth at the time of shipment. By ordering, the customer accepts this natural variability.
