All prices include VAT and are already at their minimum. Please do not request additional discounts.

Online purchase agreement
The general terms and conditions (found in the “Purchase guide” and “Terms of sale”) apply to all offers on www.vivaiocorazza.com, owned by: VIVAIO CORAZZA di Lucia Cortopassi, Via Unità d’Italia 47/D – 55045 Pietrasanta (LU), Italy - VAT 02344510462.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges acceptance of all terms without reservation.
Customers must print and retain the general conditions and product details after completing an order, in accordance with Italian law (D.Lgs. 206/05, Articles 52–53).
Providing false or inaccurate data is strictly forbidden.
Multiple registrations belonging to the same person or using third-party data are prohibited.
We may request a copy of a valid ID. Failure to provide it may result in contract termination.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their billing information is correct. Price variations may occur due to market conditions and production/logistics costs.
If a pricing error is published, the order will be cancelled.
Multiple accounts are not permitted. Vivaio Corazza may suspend or close any account at its discretion.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to online purchase agreements is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
Unless otherwise specified, these terms follow the provisions of D.Lgs. 206/05.
Payment methods
We accept PayPal, cash on delivery (only within Italy), and bank transfer. Any other payment method must be approved in writing.
Right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
If the customer is a consumer (i.e., not purchasing with a VAT number), they may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason or penalty.
Withdrawal must be communicated via support ticket, registered letter, phone, or email.
The message must include full name, order number, invoice number and purchase date.
Products must be returned in their original condition and complete with all packaging.
The customer is responsible for any depreciation caused by improper handling.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, who is responsible for the goods until we receive them.
We recommend insured shipping.
We will refund the full transaction amount within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request (excluding optional services such as COD fees).
Refunds will use the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Supplier’s right of withdrawal
Vivaio Corazza may withdraw from the sale in cases of force majeure or circumstances preventing fulfillment.
In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
Plant replacement service
If the plant you ordered isn’t what you expected - or you prefer another variety - you can request a replacement within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Items must be intact and undamaged
- The replacement must have a value equal to or greater than the returned item
- Request must be submitted from your “My Orders” section
- The service is available only in Italy
- Cost: €15.00
We ship the replacement immediately. Once the old plant arrives, the exchange is completed.
Note: plants already planted in the ground, repotted or damaged will not be replaced.
If you request a replacement during a promotional period, the replacement plant will be priced at its pre-discount value.
