Right of Withdrawal

(Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014)

If you are a consumer (a private individual purchasing goods for non-professional use and without entering a VAT number), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without any need for explanation or penalty.

To exercise this right, please notify us (by email, phone, support ticket, or registered letter) within 14 days, including:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Invoice number and purchase date

VIVAIO CORAZZA will open a support ticket and confirm the procedure.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation, and in the same condition as received.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in product value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature or characteristics.

If the product shows signs of use or damage, a proportional reduction in refund value may apply.

We recommend placing the original packaging inside a secondary box and avoiding adhesive labels directly on it.

The customer must return the goods — at their own expense — within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal, to:

Goods travel at the customer’s risk until confirmed receipt; we recommend using insured shipping.

Once we receive the goods, we will issue a refund (minus any applicable charges such as COD fees) within 14 days, using the same payment method where possible.

Refunds may be delayed until we receive the goods or proof of return.

Supplier’s Right of Withdrawal

VIVAIO CORAZZA reserves the right to withdraw from the sales agreement, with written justification, in cases of force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, the customer will be refunded any amount already paid.

Plant or Product Replacement

Not satisfied with your plant? Changed your mind after spotting another you prefer?

No problem! You can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the products are undamaged and intact.

Select your replacement items (of equal or greater value) from those currently available on our website.

From your “My Orders” section, start the replacement request and follow the guided steps.

This quick replacement service is available only within Italy and has a fixed fee of €15.00.
We’ll ship your new item as soon as your return parcel is received — we’re fast!

Important:


Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
We cannot replace plants that have been planted or damaged.

If you request a replacement during a sale period for an item originally purchased at full price, the new item will be charged at its regular (pre-sale) price.
