Gasteria bicolor (Gasteria maculata)

Very clumping succulent species up to 50 cm tall.

Fleshy leaves, arranged in a fan shape in the young specimens, then spiraled, of a dark green color densely spotted with white.

Native species of the Cape Province (Eastern Cape) where it grows on shallow soil in the shade of other plants, mostly in the summer rain zone.

Therefore a well drained soil and a partially shaded position are required; watering every 7-15 days in summer and once a month or never in winter.

Half-hardy.

Lightly branched bare root plant.
