Hybrid of horticultural origin, very beautiful and showy even when not in flower.

Large leaves arranged in a cup, 40 cm long and 15 cm wide, toothed on the margin, green with light whitish transversal bands. Inflorescence consisting of a red branched floral scape with pink lateral branches and blue-purple bracts.

It prefers a shaded position and well-drained soil. Regular watering in summer but reduced in winter.

Not hardy.

16 cm potted plant.
