Horticultural hybrid between Billbergia decora and B. nutans. Epiphytic plant characterized by long leaves up to 3 cm wide, toothed on the margin. Pendulous inflorescences, up to 40 cm long, characterized by showy coral red bracts and pink tubular flowers with a blue-green apex. Very well drained soil and regular watering during the summer, thinned out in winter. Shaded position. Semi-rustic species. 20 cm pot.
