Hybrid of Echidnopsis cereiformis.

Erect stems up to 20 cm long, with a circular section, with little visible tubercles. Flowers in apical clusters, star-shaped, with a diameter of 0.6-0.7 cm, of a brick red colour.

Not hardy.

Semi-shaded location and well-drained soil. Water every 10-15 days in summer, never in winter.

Bare root little plant with single or slightly branched stem.
