Huernia x hybrida VC10 'Stella Marina'

One of our best hybrids originating from Huernia hystrix.

It is a succulent plant with sturdy, tubercular, and clumping stems. The star-shaped flowers, 2-3 cm in diameter, are completely smooth, devoid of any roughness, with a light cream background heavily speckled with dark purple: the effect is astonishing! It blooms abundantly and frequently in summer and autumn.

It requires well-drained soil and a location in partial shade. Water once every 7-20 days during the growing season (March to October), but keep dry the rest of the year.

Not hardy.
