Hippeastrum reginae Bolivia

Bulbous species decidous in winter. Species characterized by ribbon-like leaves 30 cm long, shiny. Floral scape up to 40 cm long, bearing 2 orange-pink flowers with light yellow base. Species from Bolivia of the H. Puniceum group but not yet described. It requires well-drained soil and a position in shade or partial shade. Regular watering, waiting for the soil to dry between one watering and the next. Keep dry in winter. Half-hardy. 1 bulb with a diameter of approximately 3-4 cm.
