A rhizomatous succulent species.
A very beautiful and eye-catching Sansevieria characterized by leaves up to 1 m long and 10 cm wide, with a dark green background heavily banded and speckled with green so light they appear white. The inflorescence, about as long as the leaves, bears numerous white, slightly scented tubular flowers that open at dusk. Certainly one of the most beautiful botanical Sansevierias!
It prefers well-drained soil and a shady or filtered light location. It can also be grown indoors in a moderately dark spot. Water only from March-April to October every 10-20 days, allowing the soil to dry thoroughly between waterings. In winter, leave dry or at most water once a month if it's very hot.
Not hardy.
Bare-root plant.
