Hoya fungii

Epiphytic climbing or trailing species.

Vibrant, twining stems. Opposite, obovate, light green leaves with prominent veins and slightly pubescent hairs. White flowers with a red crown clustered in dense, pendulous inflorescences.

A species native to the tropical forests of eastern and southeastern China, Vietnam, and Laos.

One of the easiest species to grow and very floriferous. It requires a shaded location and a very well-drained soil. During the warm months, water frequently so that the soil never dries out; during the winter, keep it much drier, watering only once or twice a month.

Not hardy.
